Returns

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your order.

You are responsible for returning purchases in printing condition with original boxes, tags and packaging. Delivery charges cannot be refunded and refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving returned item.

To return please complete return form, pop it in your parcel and post to us at IVAD Gifts, 29 Gauze Street, Paisley, PA1 1ES Please ask for a receipt/ certificate of posting, we cannot be responsible for items not reaching us.

Alternatively you can return in person to our store

Please note unless faulty, Earrings and Food Stuffs cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
